Of its seven towers, Denali, Everest and Kili West are open for booking per our desk's site visit on 10 September 2026; Kili West had very few units left that day. What Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences Is
Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences is a residential project by Eldeco at Plot GH-01 and GH-01A, Block A, Sector Omicron 1A, Greater Noida. It carries its own UP-RERA registration, UPRERAPRJ106523/01/2026, registered on 28 January 2026, with Eldeco Homes Developers Limited as the promoter. The register's declared completion date is 14 November 2030, and the district field on the register mirror is Gautam Buddha Nagar; no tehsil field exists in the sources this desk holds.
It is a separate registration from Eldeco Echoes of Eden, the Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway project this site is built around, though both share the same developer group. Our desk sells both. Our desk's own site for the project is Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences, and readers of eldecoeoe.com who search "eldeco 7 peaks", "eldeco greater noida" or "eldeco new project" usually mean this launch.

How 7 Peaks Differs From Echoes of Eden, in Plain Facts
Both projects sit in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, but on different corridors: Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences is in Greater Noida proper, at Sector Omicron 1A; Eldeco Echoes of Eden is on the Yamuna Expressway, at Sector 22D. They are a drive apart, not the same address under two names.
Towers differ in count and name. 7 Peaks has seven: Asgard, Blanc, Crestone, Denali, Everest, Kili East and Kili West. Echoes of Eden has three: Haven, Elysian and Caelum. Configurations differ too. The developer's invitation for 7 Peaks describes 3 and 4 BR "oxy rich residences," while Echoes of Eden's own floor plans on this site run from a 2 BHK (sold out) to a 4 BHK Grand Penthouse.
Price, as each is published, also differs. Per our desk, 10 September 2026, Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences is priced from ₹2.19 Cr* (terms and conditions apply). Eldeco Echoes of Eden's own site quotes an indicative price list at the base price of ₹9,300/sq.ft* on super area, as of 15 August 2026, with a limited set of Caelum units desk-confirmed at the earlier ₹8,999/sq.ft* band. These are not directly comparable figures: one is a ticket size, the other a rate, and our desk states each exactly as published, without converting one into the other.
Seven Towers, Three Open for Booking
The developer's site plan names seven towers at Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences: Asgard, Blanc, Crestone, Denali, Everest, Kili East and Kili West. Per our desk's site visit on 10 September 2026, three are open for booking: Denali, Everest and Kili West. Kili West had very few units left when our desk visited that day. The remaining four towers, Asgard, Blanc, Crestone and Kili East, are not yet open for booking.
Construction is at the initial stage across the plot as our desk found it on 10 September 2026; no photograph of built work is on this page. Buyers our desk has spoken with are mostly end-users, and several have come from Mumbai, drawn by the open outlook described below. This units is sellable through our desk alongside every other channel; no unit is exclusive to us.

VRV Air Conditioning in Every Room
Every room in every flat at Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences has VRV (variable refrigerant volume) air conditioning, a specification printed in the developer's January 2026 launch materials and confirmed by our desk on site on 10 September 2026.
The Open Ground in Front
Per the developer's brochure and site plan, a 100 M wide green belt runs in front of the towers, followed by a 130 M road. Beyond that road, per our desk's site visit on 10 September 2026, lies a second green belt of about 100 M, for about 300 metres of open ground in front of the towers, as our desk walked it that day. The 100 M belt and the 130 M road are the developer's own printed figures; the second belt and the roughly 300-metre total are our desk's dated observation from the visit.
This open outlook is what our desk hears back from buyers most, particularly those coming in from Mumbai. Our desk's own view, after the visit: this is a project our desk would book if the money were available right now, not a promise of returns.
Four Homes to a Floor, Six Typical Plans
The developer's invitation describes the homes as 3 and 4 BR "oxy rich residences." Its information deck goes further: four homes to a floor, so every home is a corner home with three sides open, in seven towers named Asgard, Blanc, Crestone, Denali, Everest, Kili East and Kili West. The developer's floor-plan document, dated January 2026, prints six typical plans, each with a super built-up figure and a RERA carpet figure. They are the developer's document figures, not register fields, and the unit-wise drawing for a specific home comes with the dated cost sheet.

The 7 Peak Privé, 12 and 13 September 2026
The 7 Peak Privé
held on Saturday and Sunday, 12 and 13 September 2026, Eldeco Experience Centre, Sector Omicron 1A, Greater Noida.
The developer's invitation carries the tagline "3 & 4 BR oxy rich residences" and the line "Step into a life that rises above the ordinary." It prints a scheme, "Pay 10%** now and nothing for 24 months," promoted by Tata Capital Housing Finance. Per the invitation's own disclaimer: the no-EMI or fixed-EMI scheme is promoted by Tata Capital, the developer demands instalments as per the standard payment plan in the Agreement to Lease, and the EMI or interest liability sits between Tata Capital and the home buyer.
The invitation also carries the register line: UP RERA REG NO. UPRERAPRJ106523/01/2026, website www.up-rera.in, launch date 28 January 2026, matching the register facts in the table above.
