Before You Go — Read the Register Yourself
- Search UPRERAPRJ125342/02/2026 on up-rera.in. The registered promoter for Eldeco Echoes of Eden is Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited — the register is where you confirm that for yourself rather than taking anyone's word for it, including ours.
- Note the completion date printed on the registration. Write it down before you leave home and treat the printed date on the register as your reference point.

At the Gallery — Ask to See These
- The RERA certificate on file. Match the RERA number, promoter name and plot details against what you looked up before you left.
- A dated cost sheet for your shortlisted floor. The cost-sheet review described in step 6 above covers BSP, GST, stamp duty, IBMS and PLC — ask for it dated, and for the PLC figure against your specific floor rather than a range.
- The printed terms behind any developer offer. The Independence Weekend Carnival terms summarised at the top of this page are the developer's own, stated in Eldeco's August 2026 creative — ask to see them printed at the gallery before you rely on them.
- Current availability on the day. This page notes Haven and Elysian fully booked with sales in the Caelum tower (July 2026) — ask which Caelum floors are open on the date you visit.
Three Habits Worth Keeping — Anywhere
- Payments follow the account, not the person. A booking payment goes to the promoter's registered project account named in your Agreement for Sale — that is how RERA structures it, at every registered project.
- Nothing undated. Every document you sign should carry the date, written in front of you.
- Nothing above 10% before a registered Agreement for Sale. Section 13 of the RERA Act, 2016 sets that ceiling for every registered project in the country — it is a legal limit, not a courtesy any desk extends.
