Five of the six are 2024-or-later registrations; the table below lists all five, in the order each was filed, with the address and declared completion exactly as the promoter filed them.

A sixth entry predates this set by several years: Eldeco Aamantran (Inspire & Edge), UPRERAPRJ1916, registered 27 July 2017. Because it falls well outside the 2024-2026 window this page otherwise covers, it is listed here by number and registration date only.

What the promoter-company pattern means for a buyer

The UP-RERA register does not recognise Eldeco as a single filer. Every registration on it is filed against a specific promoter company, and on this list five different companies do the filing: Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited for Echoes of Eden and Whispers of Wonder, Eldeco Homes Developers Limited for 7 Peaks Residences, Eldeco Real Estate Limited for La Vida Bella, Eldeco Goodliving Properties Limited for Ballads of Bliss, and Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Limited for the older 2017 entry.

The practical consequence for a buyer is procedural: the Agreement to Sell (or Agreement to Lease) for a unit names the promoter company on record for that specific project.

A buyer signing paperwork for a Sector 22D unit should see Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited on the agreement if the project is Echoes of Eden or Whispers of Wonder, not a different Eldeco entity, and should confirm the RERA number on the paperwork matches the number on the register rather than relying on the project's marketing name alone. Where each project sits

Five of the six registrations, all filed since 2024, cluster into three locations; the sixth, older registration is listed by number and date only and is not detailed by location here. Sector 22D, on the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida, holds three: Echoes of Eden (plot GH01 B/1), Ballads of Bliss (plot GH-1A/2) and Whispers of Wonder (plot GH-01C/1). Sector Omicron 1A, also in Greater Noida but off the Yamuna Expressway corridor, holds one: Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences (UPRERAPRJ106523/01/2026, plot GH-01 & GH-01A, Block A), registered 28 January 2026 under Eldeco Homes Developers Limited. Sector 12, Greater Noida, holds one: Eldeco La Vida Bella (UPRERAPRJ136219/04/2024, plot GH-02 C), registered 26 April 2024 under Eldeco Real Estate Limited, the oldest registration in this set.

Verify the register yourself

Every figure on this page traces back to a single source: the UP-RERA register, mirrored and read on 29 July 2026. That mirror can be checked independently, and should be, before any of it is relied on for a decision.

1. Open the portal. Go to up-rera.in, the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority's own site.
2. Search by RERA number. Each of the six numbers listed here, UPRERAPRJ125342/02/2026, UPRERAPRJ106523/01/2026, UPRERAPRJ752382/09/2025, UPRERAPRJ921261/05/2025, UPRERAPRJ136219/04/2024 and UPRERAPRJ1916, can be entered directly into the portal's project search.
3. Read the promoter field yourself. The company name the portal shows against a project is the one to compare with any agreement placed in front of you, not the project's marketing name.
4. Treat the date as part of the fact. A live search today may show fields this page does not, since the register updates on its own schedule. This page's figures are dated 29 July 2026 and should be read as a snapshot of that date, not a live feed.

The register, not a ranking

This page makes no claim about which of these six is the better buy. Location, price, and a buyer's own timeline decide that, not a shared brand name. What the register settles is narrower and more useful: whether a project is filed at all, under which company, since when, and against which declared completion date.
