Payment Plan in the Brochure — 30:40:30

30% in the booking phase, 40% across construction milestones, 30% at possession. Booking phase is a direct booking amount of up to 10% of BSP (Sec-13(1) statutory cap, no separate EOI) topped up to 30% within 90 days alongside AFS signing and stamp duty. The 40% construction-linked portion splits roughly 10% on foundation, 15% on structure, 15% on finishes — each triggered by a RERA milestone certificate, not a calendar date. The final 30% is due at possession after the Occupancy Certificate. Banks disburse against milestone certificates, so pre-EMI during construction accrues only on the disbursed portion.

What Changed Since the Original Brochure

Buyers who saw an early-2026 version of the brochure or a portal listing built from it should note three changes reflected in the current pack:
