We checked the UP RERA portal directly for all three project names before writing this, because a lot of what's published online — including some of our own older pages — repeated an unverified claim that Ballads of Bliss is just an earlier marketing name for the same project now sold as EOE. • Eldeco Ballads of Bliss — a separate, independently RERA-registered project, UPRERAPRJ921261/05/2025 (registered 21 May 2025), plot GH-1A/2, promoter Eldeco Goodliving Properties Limited — a different promoter entity from the other two.
• Eldeco Whispers of Wonder (WOW) — also separately registered, UPRERAPRJ752382/09/2025 (registered 2 September 2025, status Active), plot GH-01C/1, promoter Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited — the same promoter SPV behind Echoes of Eden, on a neighbouring plot.
• The WOW Life — a lifestyle tagline / sub-brand used alongside Whispers of Wonder's own marketing. Not a separate project.
• Eldeco Echoes of Eden (EOE) — the project we represent — UPRERAPRJ125342/02/2026, plot GH-01B/1, promoter Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited, the most recently registered of the three (February 2026).

4. The result will appear under the Ballads of Bliss name with promoter Eldeco Goodliving Properties Limited, district Gautam Buddha Nagar, location Sector 22D Yamuna Expressway, plot GH-1A/2.
5. Cross-check the sanctioned plans and escrow account disclosure on that page against any brochure claim.
