We checked the UP RERA project-summary pages for all three names directly before writing this, because a lot of what's published about this trio online (including on some of our own older pages) repeats an unverified claim that Ballads of Bliss and Whispers of Wonder are just earlier marketing names for the same project now sold as EOE. That claim doesn't hold up against the actual RERA filings — each has its own registration number, registration date and plot. We're correcting that here and flagging it plainly rather than quietly.
Are These Really Three Different Projects?
Yes — verified directly against the UP RERA portal. All three sit at Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida (YEIDA), on adjacent Group Housing plots, developed under the Eldeco Group umbrella, but each is its own legal filing:
- Eldeco Ballads of Bliss — RERA UPRERAPRJ921261/05/2025, registered 21 May 2025, plot GH-1A/2, promoter Eldeco Goodliving Properties Limited — a different promoter entity from the other two.
- Eldeco Whispers of Wonder (WOW) — RERA UPRERAPRJ752382/09/2025, registered 2 September 2025 (status: Active), plot GH-01C/1, promoter Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited — the same promoter SPV behind Echoes of Eden, on a neighbouring plot.
- Eldeco Echoes of Eden (EOE) — RERA UPRERAPRJ125342/02/2026, plot GH-01B/1, promoter Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited — the project we represent.
The shared promoter between Whispers of Wonder and Echoes of Eden likely explains the "same project, renamed" confusion — but a shared promoter with a separate RERA number and a separate plot is a sibling project, not a rebrand. Verify each number independently at up-rera.in before treating any of them as interchangeable.

Who Should Pick Which
There's no universally "best" answer here — it depends on what you're optimising for:
- Earliest target possession matters most to you: Ballads of Bliss carries the earliest declared RERA completion date (April 2030) of the three. Its booking is reportedly EOI-based and its promoter (Eldeco Goodliving Properties Limited) is a different entity from the other two — get their own sales team to walk you through the current cost sheet and EOI terms before paying anything, since we don't represent this project and can't vouch for current pricing.
- You want the largest unit sizes and are comfortable with a July 2030 target: Whispers of Wonder's listed configurations run up to 3,100 sq.ft duplexes and it shares a promoter (Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited) with EOE. Again, we're not the appointed channel for this project — confirm current inventory and booking mechanics with its own team.
- You want a direct-booking process with no separate EOI, currently open inventory, and end-to-end support from site visit to loan paperwork: that's Echoes of Eden, the project we're authorised to represent. Caelum tower is open now; Haven and Elysian are fully booked and the 2 BHK is sold out.
Whichever you're leaning toward, the same rule applies to all three: verify the RERA number, promoter name, and current cost sheet directly before any payment — a marketing name alone (however evocative) is not a legal identifier.
How to Verify Any of the Three Yourself
- Go to up-rera.in in a browser (watch for look-alike domains).
- Click "Registered Projects" and search the exact RERA number for the project you're considering.
- Confirm the promoter name, plot number, sanctioned layout and declared completion date match what you were told.
- Cross-check any cost sheet or brochure against that RERA filing before paying an EOI, booking amount, or any other sum.
