Who We Are

Vidastu Advisory is an Uttar Pradesh RERA-registered real estate advisory firm based in the Yamuna Expressway / Greater Noida corridor. We work exclusively as a buyer-side channel partner for premium residential pre-launches in the Noida International Airport (Jewar) catchment — the cluster of sectors and townships within ~15 minutes of India's largest upcoming airport.

The firm is led by Sachin — founder and principal advisor — and operates on a single principle: brokerage is paid by the developer, not the buyer. This aligns our interest with helping buyers transact only on projects that hold up to independent due diligence. Sending a buyer to a project that disappoints kills our referral business; getting it right builds it.

About Sachin (Founder)

Sachin is the founder and principal advisor at Vidastu Advisory. He runs the firm hands-on — every site visit, every cost sheet, every WhatsApp call. He has worked on the YEW / Jewar corridor since the airport land aggregation phase and has a working understanding of how UP RERA filings, escrow disclosures and developer cost-sheet patterns interact.

How We Get Paid (Disclosure)

We are paid a brokerage fee by Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited when a buyer we refer completes a booking. Buyers pay us nothing. Our fee structure is between us and the developer — buyer cost-sheets are identical to walking into the developer office direct. The advantage of using a channel partner like Vidastu is buyer-side advocacy on unit selection, RERA verification, cost-sheet honesty and post-booking handholding through to registration and possession.
