Why Decode a Quote?

Quotes for the same project can legitimately differ. The Base Selling Price (BSP) is revised by the developer over construction milestones, and the effective ₹/sq.ft number also shifts with floor rise (PLC), what's bundled (EDC, parking, club, IBMS), and whether GST, stamp duty, and registration are already folded into the headline figure or charged on top.
