Per traditional Vastu, the kitchen represents the "Agni" (fire) element and is classically most favoured in the south-east, with north-west as a commonly cited secondary option. Whether a specific Eldeco EOE unit's kitchen actually sits south-east depends on that unit's own floor-plate — some do, some sit elsewhere depending on how the builder mirrored the layout floor to floor. Master bedroom — Southwest, per tradition

The south-west is classically the most stable, grounding direction — traditionally preferred for the master bedroom (the "owner's room," representing the head of household). Whether a specific Eldeco EOE unit's master bedroom actually sits south-west is, again, a floor-plate-specific fact rather than a project-wide one. Pooja / prayer area — North-East (Ishanya), per tradition

The north-east is classically the most spiritually significant direction. Bathrooms — a lower-priority placement, per tradition

Bathroom placement carries less weight in classical Vastu than entrance, kitchen or bedroom direction; north-west or west are commonly cited as workable for water-related zones. Floor and Tower Selection

Floor selection doesn't have a strict Vastu prescription, but two practical considerations matter:

• Ground / sky balance — traditional Vastu favours homes not too far from ground (limiting the highest floors for primary homes). Eldeco EOE's 32-storey towers technically place residents up to 30 floors above ground; in practice, many buyers weighing this consideration look at floors in the low-to-mid range as the "balanced" zone, though this is buyer preference rather than a fixed rule.
• Numerological preference — some buyers prefer floor numbers that sum to favourable single digits in numerology (e.g., 4th floor sums to 4; 13th sums to 4; 22nd sums to 4 — all considered stable in that system). Vastu and numerology are separate traditions but often overlap in buyer preferences.

How to Get a Vastu-Checked Unit at Eldeco EOE

Practical sequence:

1. Define your Vastu priorities upfront. Most important: entrance direction. Second: kitchen + master bedroom orientation. Third: floor selection.
2. Share these with our sales desk at first contact. 3. During the site visit, walk through the sample apartment and overlay your Vastu requirements on the actual layout, ideally with a compass. If you have a Vastu consultant, bring them.
4. Lock the unit via direct booking (no separate EOI) once the direction + tower + floor combination matches on the actual sheet — Haven and Elysian are fully booked, so this applies to Caelum tower. If a north-east corner unit specifically matters to you, say so early; our desk will check what's actually available rather than promise a number.
